It's getting cold outside and time to move plein air painting indoors. Join us at the University of Iowa Museum of Natural History's Bird and Mammal Hall on the 3rd floor of 11 MacBride Hall on the Pentacrest. This will be a unique opportunity to draw and paint the museum's collections.
You will need something to paint or draw with and something to do it on. Drawing materials can include but are not limited to graphite, charcoal, pastels, watercolors, water-based oils, odorless solvent based oils or acrylics. The choice is yours. Due to the confined space please use odorless media and use a drop cloth with any paints that could leave a stain. Please respect the museum by leaving your area as you found it. Undisturbed! We would like to be invited back again.
