Art in the Afternoon on YouTube | David Noyes

David Noyes is a local artist who has worked in many media, including watercolor, pastels, and pen & ink. He received a Masters of Architecture in 1979 from The Catholic University in Washington DC., then worked more than 35 years as a licensed professional architect. Prior to that, he took courses in drawing, painting and design, sculpture, and art history at the University of Wyoming.  At the Iowa City Senior Center, he has taken drawing courses with Garth Conley and from 2014 has been part of a group led by Jim Ochs working on watercolor, pen & ink, and pastel art.

Elizabeth Munger’s current work explores macro and microcosms, space-time, memory and mythology. Her art practice includes printmaking, artist books, installations, paper and fiber art. She received her BFA in Printmaking in 2000 and her MFA in Book Arts from the University of Iowa’s Center for the Book in 2014.
