Kibala Art
Léonard Kibala was born in Kinshasa in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. He came to the United States in a diversity lottery that he won in 2019. When asked what his motivation he said, “I am an artist. I must not be silent. Painting portraits is my way to express my artistic talent to the American public.
